Motion To: Moved by Vice Chair Padolsky WHEREAS the Built Heritage Sub-Committee are being asked to recommend that Planning Committee recommend that Council refuse the application to demolish the Bradley/Craig Barn, 590 Hazeldean Road; and, WHEREAS staff has received a letter dated 4 November 2015 from FOTENN Planning and Design on behalf of the applicant, requesting deferral of this matter to the December meeting of the Built Heritage Sub-Committee; and, WHEREAS the intent of the request for deferral is to allow time for the applicant to review staff’s report, provide feedback and consult with staff, and prepare to speak to this matter at Committee; and WHEREAS staff has no objections to the request for deferral; and WHEREAS the applicant has also agreed to an extension of the Ontario Heritage Act timeline, from January 12, 2016 to January 31, 2016; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Built Heritage Sub-Committee defer this matter to the December 10, 2015 meeting of the Sub-Committee. pop-out |
