An amendment to the Zoning By-law 2008-250 to change the zoning of 329 Jinkinson Road as follows: a) From Environmental Protection Subzone 3 (EP3) to Rural Countryside (RU) and from Rural Countryside (RU) to Environmental Protection Subzone 3 (EP3) to reflect Ministry of Natural Resources approved provincial significant wetland mapping; b) From EP3 and RU to Rural Countryside with an exception and a holding provision RU[XXXr]-h, to permit “storage yard” as an additionally permitted use; as shown in Document 2 and detailed in Document 3; and 2.
