Site Plan Control: The proposal is to develop a planned unit development with 38 back-to-back townhouses (arranged in four, three-storey buildings) and 80 back-to-back stacked townhouses (arranged in seven, four-storey buildings) for a total of 118 units. The site will be accessed from Ralph Hennessy Avenue and Markdale Terrace by two private streets. Back-to-back townhouses have private driveways and garages and front onto either Ralph Hennessy Avenue or a private street interior to the site. Back-to-back stacked townhouses are located along Earl Armstrong Road and the east of the site with access to the private streets and seven surface parking areas for residents and visitors.
