Zoning By-law Amendment: Zoning application to support Half Moon Bay South, Phase 3 ( Draft Plan 2) application. Subdivision is a revision to application D07-16-10-0003 which was split into two draft plans. Draft Plan 1 has been registered, subject application deals with Draft Plan 2. 35 hectares in size. Draft Plan 2 consists of a total of 587 units including 296 single-detached lots, 199 street townhouses and 90 back-to-back towns.
