Official Plan Amendment: The City of Ottawa has initiated an Official Plan Amendment. The purpose of this OPA is to implement the new land use and urban design policy directions proposed in the Gladstone Station District Secondary Plan by adding it to Volume 2A of the Official Plan. Likewise a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment has been initiated to support the implementation of the proposed Secondary Plan. The Gladstone district straddles both Somerset Ward (14) and Kitchissippi Ward (15). View application on ottawa.ca
